The application is for grant of bail.

Learned APP pointed out that the application is rejected only on the technical ground. He invited my attention towards the order in Para No.3 wherein the trial Court has observed that the applicant has to invoke the provision of Section 330 of the Code to seek her release on bail as she is suffering from mental illness, in view of that, the liberty is granted to the applicant to approach to the trial Court.

Learned Counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the application with liberty to file the application before the trial Court appropriately.
