(Dated 8th December, 2018.) The Appellant(s) has tendered pursis today, which is marked as "X" for identification.

The instant Appeal is covered under the Government Resolutions dated 3rd November, 2016 and 23rd February, 2017 and therefore, the Appellants seek permission to withdraw the Appeal. The First Appeal stands disposed of as withdrawn in terms of pursis Exh. 'X', however, with a direction to deposit the total amount of compensation within ninety days in the Reference Court, if it is not deposited.

The respondent/claimant (s) shall be entitled to withdraw the amount of compensation. In case, the amount was already deposited, along with accured interest.
