Alongwith application for grant of interim relief i.e. Civil Application No.1047/2017, the daily board carrying notes of Court Sheristedar has been filed. It shows that on that day status quo till returnable date was ordered.

Advocate Shri Borkar submits that inadvertently it has not been transcribed and this was pointed out to the other Bench on 05-05-2017.

2 caw1047.17 In this situation, it is apparent that status quo has been granted by this Court. We clarify accordingly. Hence, there shall not be any recovery from the pension of the petitioner till further orders. List the matter for further consideration on 28-06-2017.
