Accepting the explanation given in the application, the applicants (original respondent Nos.4 to 11 and 13 to 19) are permitted to amend the cause title of the Civil Application No.434/2018 and Miscellaneous Civil Application Stamp No.3907/2018 and to correct the name of respondent No.5. Civil application is allowed accordingly. In the circumstances, the parties to bear their own costs.
