This is an application seeking correction in the name of Respondent No.2, which has been wrongly typed as Ankit Shankar Chavahan instead of Aniket Shankar Chavhan in the appeal memo.

A perusal of the impugned decision clearly indicates that the name is "Aniket Shankar Chavhan" and not "Ankit Shankar Chavahan".

Let the correction be made. The Registry to act accordingly and process with the payments as per order dated 04.01.2017.

The civil application accordingly stands disposed in above terms.
