Learned Additional G.P., on instructions, submits that the tribe claim of the petitioner is likely to be decided finally by the respondent-Scrutiny Committee within a period of one month.

4. In view of above, we allow the petition and direct the respondent- Scrutiny Committee, to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of the order.
