This petition takes exception to the order dated 03.04.2024 passed by the learned Principal District Judge, Buldhana in Civil Misc. Application No.21/2024.

Pursuant to the application filed by the respondent-wife under Section 24 of the Civil Procedure Code, by the order impugned, the learned Principal District Judge has transferred the petition filed by the petitioner-husband for divorce from the Court of Civil Judge (Senior Division), Malkapur, to the Court of Civil Judge (Senior Division) Buldhana. 3.

I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

Admittedly proceedings filed by the respondent-wife under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure are pending in the Court at Buldhana and the petitioner is attending the said proceedings. Even otherwise, it is well settled that the convenience of the wife is to be seen. In that view of the matter, I am not inclined to entertain the present petition. The petition is dismissed. (N.R.
