DATE : 22.06.2016 Perusal of the record shows that First Appeal No.272/2002 filed by the State of Maharashtra along with other connected appeals including First Appeal No.56/2004 was dismissed by this Court.

In view of this fact, the civil application is allowed. The word "surety" in the order, dated 31.7.2015, is modified with the word "security".

The applicant is permitted to withdraw the amount of compensation with interest accrued thereon.

The civil application stands disposed of.
