Heard.

Perused the F.I.R. and the reply of the prosecution.

Necessary seizures have been made. The applicant is in jail since 23rd March, 2018. His custodial interrogation is no longer required. In these circumstances and also considering the nature of offence alleged against this applicant, I am of the view that now this application deserves to be allowed. The application is allowed and it is directed that the applicant be released on bail on his furnishing a P.R. Bond of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand) together with one solvent surety in the like sum on the following conditions :

i.

The applicant shall co-operate with the trial Court in expeditious disposal of the case.

ba.443.18 2/2 ii. He shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses in any manner.

iii. He shall maintain peace and good behaviour and shall not indulge in any criminal activities, failing which, the liberty so granted to the applicant shall be liable to be cancelled at the instance of the prosecution.

The application is disposed of.
