Mirache has contacted with his claimant/appellant Shri Arvind s/o Ramji Ambagade, R/o Ashish Kolode, New Sneha Nagar, Plot No.1, Wardha Road, Nagpur, through video call from his Mobile No.9689628995 to Mobile No.9422815614. During the talk, he admitted to have settled the matter for the amount of Rs.2,90,000/- (Two Lakhs Ninety Thousand only). In view of the said statement, the settlement is accepted.

As such, the appeal stands disposed of as withdrawn. Court fee(s), if any, be refunded to the appellant(s) as per the Rules. Respondents will be entitled to withdraw the amount as per settlement between the parties.
