The application is filed by the appellantclaimant for condonation of delay of 152 days in challenging the award dated 21.07.2018 passed in Motor Accident Claim Petition No.443/2010. Though the learned counsel for the respondent No.1 opposed the application, but for the reasons stated in the application and in the interest of justice, the delay of 152 days in filing this appeal, stands condoned, subject to cost of Rs.500/- to be deposited with the Registry of this Court for utilization of dispensary of this Court, within two weeks. 3.

The appeal be registered after deposit of cost and removal of all the objections, if any.

The application is accordingly disposed of.
