Learned Counsel for the petitioners has fairly conceded that the petitioners have alternate remedy available in law and the petitioners may be granted liberty to avail the same. 2.

Accordingly, liberty as prayed for is granted. 3.

Insofar as the aspect of seizure of vehicle is concerned, the vehicle is already released, pursuant to the interim order passed by this Court. Therefore, the appeal would be confined to the issue of levy of penalty.

Writ Petitions are disposed of as withdrawn with the aforesaid observations and liberty.
