DATED : JULY 8, 2019 After arguing this application for some time and when this Court was inclined to reject the present application, the learned counsel for the applicant sought permission to withdraw the same. A request was made by the learned counsel for the applicant that the trial may be expedited.

In view of the above, the present application is dismissed as withdrawn. In the facts and circumstances of the present case and considering the fact that there are only about 32 witnesses to be examined by the prosecution and charge-sheet stood filed on 03/12/2018 itself, the Trial Court is directed to expedite the proceedings and complete the same within one year from today.
