None for the applicant even today. Shri Thakare, learned AGP appears for respondent No. 1. This Court on 14.08.2015 granted time of two weeks to remove office objections. The objections were not removed and hence on 01.09.2015 this Court passed a conditional order. Writ Petition was to be dismissed if the objections were not removed within two weeks. Thereafter the matter has been listed on several occasions and objections were removed in the meanwhile. However, on 20.10.2015, nobody was present for the applicant. On 30.10.2011, this Court after recording presence of the counsel for the applicant, placed the matter today for dismissal. In the light of earlier order, we dismiss the Criminal Application for want of prosecution. JUDGE JUDGE *GS.
