Perused the record. The suit is decreed. The plaintiffs-appellants pray for pre suit interest by way of modification in the impugned judgment.

Six months' time is granted to file private paper-book. If it is not filed within the stipulated period, the appeal shall stand dismissed without reference to the Court.

Since the issue is narrow, the matter be referred to the Lok-Adalat, as and when it will be conducted. There is no need to issue fresh notice to the parties. The parties may take note of it.
