DATED : NOVEMBER 05, 2019 By this revision application, the applicant has challenged order dated 30th March, 2019, passed by the Appellate Court condoning delay in filing appeal by the non-applicants.

During pendency of the present revision application, the Appellate Court has passed an order on 09/07/2019, expediting the appeal and directing that the appellant therein would make sincere efforts for early disposal of the appeal.

In view of the fact that the appeal itself has been expedited, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the present revision application.

4.

The Appellate Court is directed to ensure that the appeal is disposed of expeditiously and in any case within a period of 8 weeks from today.
