In view of the order passed by the Division Bench of this Court dated 19.06.2024 in Writ Petition No.1945 of 2024, it would not be proper to entertain the present petition against the impugned order and thus, leave is granted to the petitioner to file revision against the impugned order under Section 138 of the Maharashtra Prohibition Act 1949, before the State Government. 2.

If such revision is filed within three weeks from today, the State Government shall treat it as filed within limitation and shall endevour to decide it within three months from the date of filing. 3.
