DATE : 02.07.2015 Heard the learned Counsel for the rival parties. The applicant is prosecuted in Crime No.51/2015 registered with Police Station Pinjar, Tq. Barshitakli, District : Akola for the offences punishable under Sections 304 and 201 of the Indian Penal Code.

In order to save the crop in the field it is alleged that the applicant had installed live current in the boundary wires. The person who came in contact, according to the prosecution, was lease-holder of the land, who was cultivating the land of the applicant. That being so, I make the following order.

ORDER

Criminal Application No.262/2015 is allowed. Rule is made absolute in terms of the order dated 2.6.2015 made by this Court.
