In view of settled position of law in the matter of Indore Development Authority Vs.Manoharlal and others reported in AIR 2020 SC 1496 delivered by the Apex Court and the petitioners have received not only compensation but also enhanced compensation post award was passed, the claim put forth by the petitioners in the petition seeking declaration that the acquisition of the land under the Land Acquisition Act cannot be accepted. 3.
