Shri Kunte, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent-NIT that if the demand of Rs.18,855/- is satisfied, the respondent-NIT shall grant regularization of the plot under the Maharashtra Gunthewari Development (Regularization, Upgradation and Control) Act, 2001. According to him, the demand is determined on the basis of the norms laid down by the State Government under sub-section (3) of Section 3 of the said Act.
