He, on instructions, seeks withdrawal of the petition with liberty to move competent authority under the Industrial Disputes Act for modification of the reference bearing No.ADJ2-A/GVK/1/96 in respect of which the industrial dispute is referred and registered as Reference IDA No.74/1996. Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed. 3.

However. in view of the fact that the dispute is of the year 1996, the concerned authority is directed to decide the said application of modification of reference within a period of one month from the receipt thereof in accordance with law. (R.M. Joshi , J.
