This is an application seeking condonation of delay of 4 days in filing the accompanying appeal. Notice was issued in this application on 25.04.2019. Although, condonation of delay is opposed on behalf of the respondent no.1 (original claimant), for the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed and the delay is condoned.

This Court had issued notice in this application and granted stay of the impugned judgment and award subject to the applicant/appellant depositing the entire amount of compensation in this Court within 12 weeks. The said amount has not been deposited in due date. Hence, the applicant/appellant is granted four weeks time as last chance to deposit the said amount, failing which the interim order shall stand vacated.
