Learned counsel Shri V.N. Patre for the applicants submits that the appeal filed on behalf of the VIDC challenging the very same judgment is already admitted by this Court and it is numbered as FA No.556/2018. The Statement is accepted.

In that view of the matter, the civil application is allowed. The delay is condoned. The civil application stands disposed of accordinlgy.
