By these applications, the appellant is seeking condonation of delay in filing application for bringing legal representative of deceased respondent no.5 and bringing legal representative of deceased respondent no.5 on record. 2.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, delay is condoned. Since right to sue survives against legal representatives of deceased respondent no.5 appellant is permitted to bring them on record. Amendment be carried out within a week from today. Accordingly, both applications stand disposed of.
