Considering the nature of the conviction and the quantum and the fact that by the order dated 21.5.2022, the sentence was suspended by the learned Sessions Court, which has been continued by this Court by the order dated 20.6.2022, Criminal application is hereby allowed, and the sentence is suspended and the appellant be released on bail on the same terms as contained in the order dated 21.5.2022 passed by the learned Sessions Court.
