The petitioner's learned counsel simply seeks direction against the respondent - Caste Scrutiny Committee to decide the petitioner's pending caste claim. 2.
The learned A.G.P. has submitted that the caste claim would be decided within six months.

The petitioner's caste claim is pending before Scrutiny Committee since long. In view of that, respondent - Caste Scrutiny Committee is directed to decide the petitioner's caste claim within three months from today.
4.
In the meantime, the services of the petitioner shall stand protected.
