This time the petitioner desires to travel Italy, Switzerland, Austria and Germany from 18.5.2024 to 4.6.2024 for which he has sought permission of this Court. 3.

It is pointed out that this Court vide order dated 7.6.2022 has granted petitioner permission to travel abroad during the period of 12.6.2022 to 14.6.2022 on certain terms and conditions. Again vide common order dated 2.1.2024 the petitioner was permitted to travel to Dubai during 3.1.2024 to 8.1.2024.

Having regard to above facts learned Deputy Solicitor General of India has submitted that on similar terms and conditions permission may be granted. 5.

In view of above the petitioner is permitted to travel aforesaid mentioned countries during the period from 18.5.2024 to 4.6.2024 subject to furnishing undertaking as follows:-

The petitioner is permitted to travel Italy, Switzerland, Austria and Germany from 18.5.2024 to 4.6.2024 subject to furnishing undertaking as stated in paragraph No.25 of the judgment in Writ Petition No.2826/2022 except the condition of presence before Embassy of respective countries. In addition, the petitioner shall furnish details as regards the place where the petitioner would be residing in above countries during the above-mentioned period. Undertaking to be filed in this Court prior to the scheduled date of departure. 7.
