CIVIL APPLICATION (CAW) NO. 1209/2022 This is an application filed by the applicant / petitioner seeking review/ modification of order dated 31/03/2022, passed by this Court in the present petition. A limited relief is MP Deshpande

2 / 2 939-2p-1014-21 sought by the applicant / petitioner, stating that while permission was granted by this Court to the respondents to withdraw the amount deposited, no observation was made that such such permission to withdraw would be subject to result of the matter. There appears to be substance in the aforesaid contention raised on behalf of the applicant / petitioner. Hence, the order dated 31/03/2022, passed by this Court is modified only to the extent that in paragraph No.4 at the end, the following words shall be added :

"subject to further orders that may be passed in the present writ petition."
