The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has filed this application for grant of temporary bail for taking appropriate medical treatment as the applicant is suffering from gangrene. The trial Judge has observed that the health of the applicant is not so critical and the Medical College and Hospital, is capable of taking care of the applicant.

In view of above, I pass the following order :- Order Criminal Application (BA) No. 369 of 2015 is rejected.
