DATED : 19-06-2018 The applicant is apprehending arrest in Crime 121/2017 registered with MIDC/Dasarkhed Police Station, Malkapur, District Buldhana for offences punishable under Sections 8-B, 20 and 22 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act.

The applicant claims that there is no criminal antecedents.

The limited accusation against the present applicant is that the vehicle from which the contraband was seized is owned by the applicant and was being driven by his brother Omprakash. It is not in serious dispute, at least at this stage, that the applicant and the said Omprakash constitute a joint family. Since there is no other material except that the vehicle was being driven by the brother of the applicant, the investigation is complete and charge-sheet is filed, the application shall

The interim order dated 02-5-2018 is confirmed. 5.

The applicant shall abide by the conditions imposed by the interim order with the modification that the attendance at the Police Station shall be once in a month till the conclusion of the trial.

The applicant shall attend the dates of hearing regularly and shall cooperate in expeditious conclusion of the trial.
