The Claims Tribunal, Nagpur, has directed the present appellant to pay compensation of Rs.8,00,000/- (rupees eight lakh only) to the present respondents. The said judgment is delivered on 29-11-2019. There is a delay of 200 days in preferring an appeal. The delay is opposed. The reasons stated in the application are genuine. Pandemic situation is one of the reasons. Hence, the order :-
