Heard the learned Counsel for the rival parties.

Perused the first information report as well as the case diary produced by the learned APP. Looking to the nature of the offence and the hospital report that the victim was compelled to terminate her pregnancy and the fact that the report was lodged after one year thereafter shows prima face no compulsion for abortion. Hence, I make the following order :- Order A] Criminal Application (ABA) No.270 of 2015 is allowed.

B] Rule is made absolute in terms of interim order granted by this Court on 05-06-2015.
