Writ jurisdiction of this Court is invoked making grievance that the Petitioners' land was sought to be measured by the City Survey Office, however, the land was not measured since nobody from the office attended. The learned Assistant Government Pleader states that in fact it is the Petitioners who did not remain present.

The position as to whether the Petitioners or the officer remained present on the date assigned or not is a disputed question of fact. Apart from the said position, the Petitioners assertion is of administrative indiscipline. The Petitioners can make a complaint to the superior of Respondent No.2. If such a complaint is made, the superior of Respondent No.2 can always issue directions if it is found that Respondent No.2 has failed to perform his duty. The learned Counsel for the Petitioners states that he will make an application to the superior of Respondent No.2.
