The learned Counsel for the applicants requests for modification of the order by inserting further direction to the Tribunal where the amount is going to be deposited by the respondent- Union of India.

The learned Counsel for Union of India submits that she will deposit the entire amount within one month. 4.

In view thereof, add paragraph No. - 19 in operative order as under :
