This application is for withdrawal of the amount deposited. The claimants-respondents are permitted to withdraw an amount to the tune of Rs.9,00,000/- (Rs. Nine lacs).

The balance amount be kept in Fix Deposit initially for a period of three years and shall continue the same till decision of the appeal. 3.

If any occasion arises, the respondents-claimants will be at liberty to apply for withdrawal.
