DATED : JULY 25, 2019 After arguing this application for some time and when this Court was inclined to reject the same, the learned counsel for the applicant sought permission to withdraw the application, seeking liberty that if the trial is not completed expeditiously, the applicant may be permitted to renew his prayer for grant of bail.

Chargesheet shows that there are 23 witnesses to be examined by the prosecution and considering the fact that chargesheet was filed on 30/05/2018 itself, the Trial Court is directed to expedite the proceedings and upon completion of the same render Judgment within a period of six months from today.
