The matter relates to a challenge to the FIR registered against the applicant under the Prevention of Corruption Act. Upon perusal of the FIR, we find that the investigation is not yet complete and is going on. In such a situation, we would not be able to interfere at this juncture till investigation is completed. That be so, we make the following order:-

Criminal Application [APL] No. 335 of 2015 is dismissed.
