The present application is filed by the applicant praying for condonation of delay of 338 days in filing present Family Court Appeal. The Family Court Appeal seeks to challenge the impugned judgment dated 18.04.2024 passed by the learned Family Court, Nagpur, thereby dismissing the petition preferred by the present appellant for grant of divorce.

The respondent was issued notice by this Court on 26.06.2025 and the respondent-sole is duly served. However, no appearance has been entered on behalf of the

909 cao 524-2025.odt respondent. In view of the above, we proceed to dispose off the present Civil Application.

For the reasons stated in the application, we are satisfied that sufficient cause is made out by the applicant for the delay of 338 days in filing the present Family Court Appeal. Accordingly, the aforesaid delay is condoned. 5.

The Registry is directed to register the Family Court Appeal.

After registration of the Family Court Appeal, issue notice to the respondent, returnable on 10.10.2025. 7.

The appellant to serve the respondent by usual mode so also by private mode.
