Shelat, Advocate for the petitioners Shri Y. S. Gorle, Advocate for the Respondent No.1 Ms Geeta Tiwari, AGP for the Respondent No.2 CORAM : Z.A.HAQ, J.
DATED : 03/06/2019 This petition is admitted for final hearing, by order dated 21/12/2018. Before Rule came to be issued, matter was kept for final disposal. However, it appears that the Court, while hearing the matter on 21/12/2018 felt that this is not a fit case to grant priority in the matter of final disposal. The respondent No.1, who is aged about 50 years, has not been able to point out that out of turn hearing is required to be granted. Hence, this civil application is dismissed.
