Admittedly, the applicant is in jail in other offences since February, 2015. Learned counsel for the Applicant has filed this application for grant of anticipatory bail in some other offence.

In view of the fact that the applicant is in jail, the need for applying for anticipatory bail for the present does not arise. In view of the above, I make the following order:- Criminal Application [ABA] No. 275 of 2015 is dismissed, reserving liberty in favour of the applicant to

apply for anticipatory bail in case the applicant comes out of the jail.
