Learned Counsel Shri Deshpande holding for learned Counsel Shri Parchure for petitioner submits that because of orders of Bombay High Court dated 6/5/2004 in Writ Petition No.8382/2003, the grievance of petitioner is already redressed. He informs that Writ Petition No.232/2004 in which similar challenge was posed, is disposed of on 28/2/2018 by this Bench. 2.
