Mr. Deshpande, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that these matters were referred to Lok-Adalat and the parties settled the dispute amicably. He placed on record the affidavit on behalf of the petitioner along with copy of award passed by the Lok-Adalat at Industrial Court, Akola. 2.
In view of above circumstances and the award passed in the matter by the learned Industrial Court in LokAdalat, the writ petitions stand disposed of in terms of the award. No order as to costs.
