DATE : 05/07/2023 1] Both the parties agree that as an interim arrangement, an amount of Rs. 7000/- for each of the respondents would be adequate maintenance considering the present situation, for which they have tendered across the bar the respective pursis which are marked as "X" and "Y" for the purpose of identification and taken on record.

2] The petition is therefore disposed of by modifying the impugned order and directing that the respondents shall be entitled to maintenance of Rs.7000/- each, during the pendency of the petition, which should be without prejudice to the rights of the respective parties on the merits of the matter. 3] It is made clear that this arrangement shall not come in the way of the parties to prove their respective entitlement/non-liability for the amount claimed.
