Shri Ingole, the learned counsel for the petitioners, states that the respondent nos.1, 2 and 4 have clearly stated in the affidavit-in-reply that the petitioners could apply to the committee constituted by the Government, for conversion of land from 'Agricultural' to 'Residential' purpose as per the guidelines framed by the State Government. It is stated that in view of the statement made in paragraph 9 of the affidavit-in-reply, the petitioners are desirous of applying to the committee constituted by the Government. It is stated that the petitioners are desirous of withdrawing the writ petition, in the said background. Permission to withdraw the writ petition is granted. The writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn. The points raised in the writ petition are kept open. JUDGE JUDGE APTE
