Even if the Applicants are supporting the cause of the Petitioner, it is not necessary for them to be joined as Respondents and joining them as Petitioners would be prerogative of the original Petitioner. If the Applicants have an independent cause of action to agitate, it is open for them to file substantive proceedings. 3.

The Application is accordingly dismissed.
