Impugned order is made by the Sessions Court pending hearing of the appeal asking the applicant to deposit only the 50% of the fine amount. I do not find anything wrong with the said order. The reason that the applicant does not have money to deposit is no reason. Let the appeal be decided. This application is dismissed.
