The Official Liquidator has submitted before this Court in this Report that services of Shri. Jitendra Mangre are required for further period of one year purely on temporary basis.

Perused the contents of the Report. In view of the contents thereof, the Official Liquidator is permitted to extend the tenure of Shri. Jitendra Mangre for further period of one year w.e.f. 09/11/2020 on purely temporary basis as per the terms and conditions mentioned in paragraph 4 of the Report.
