This is an application filed by the applicant-appellant for condonation of delay in filing the first appeal. Heard. Perused the application. Learned advocate for appellant submits that appellant is ready to deposit 50% of decreetal amount. He prays for stay of the proceedings. In view of the fact that the appellant is ready to deposit 50% of decreetal amount, there shall be ad-interim stay in terms of prayer clause (a) on depositing the 50% of decreetal amount.
