Considering the facts of the case, we are prima facie satisfied that the appellant has made out case for grant of interim protection.

It is directed that in the event of arrest in connection with Crime No. 28/2018 registered by the respondent no. 1, the appellant be released on provisional bail on executing P.R. Bond for Rs. 25,000/- and on furnishing one or two solvent surety in the like amount.

2 apeal235.19 The appellant shall attend the Police Station Ranapratap Nagar, Nagpur on every Tuesday and Friday between 11:00 am to 1:00 pm.

CRIMINAL APPLICATION (APPA) NO. 439/2019 For the reasons stated in the application, the applicant/appellant is granted six weeks time to file the certified copy of the impugned order.
