After arguing sometime, learned counsel Shri A. A. Naik for the applicant, on instructions, submits that the applicant would surrender himself before the Court or before the authority on 3-8-2015 and avail the remedies available in law including the filing of application seeking his enlargement on bail before the Court below. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant is young boy and a student, hence interim protection be continued till 3-8-2015.

Learned APP opposes the prayer for continuation of the interim protection.

Considering the fact that the applicant was protected by this Court and the applicant is a student, the prayer for continuation of interim protection till the applicant surrenders before the authority or the Court on 3-8-2015 is granted. Considering the same fact that the applicant being a student, the Court below is directed to decide the .....2/-

In view of the above directions, criminal application stands disposed of.
